What Are Attitudes? How Are They Formed?
Attitudes are something that precede the human’s behaviour and leads our decisions and choices for actions and activities; a nearly permanent assembling and formulation of feelings, beliefs and behavioural tendencies, in the direction of groups, events, symbols, etc... In other words, it is a feeling or evaluation raised in our mind, which could be positive or negative, about an object, issue or person. Without attitudes it would be hard for us to make decisions or react to events (Hogg, 2010). This essay explained what attitudes are, their structure and aim, where they come from and how they can change.

To What Extent Is Attachment Theory Useful in Explaining the Origins of Personality Disorders? Discuss Critically.
Every infant need to stay close to the family and in particular to the principal caregivers, in order to feel safe and protect. When a person is threatened or under stress, he or she usually seek social support and security; this is basically known ‘Attachment Theory’, and the principal caregivers are therefore, his or her attachment figure (Howe, 2011). In other words, attachment theory is known also as a spatial theory because the child feels good when he/she is close to the caregiver, while sadness, loneliness and anxiety are the main feelings when the child is far away from his/her caregiver (Holmes, 1993). Moreover, Bowlby (1998) stated that if the relationship between the attachment figure and the individual attached goes well, there is joy and sense of security; whereas, if it is frightened, there is anger and anxiety. Instead, grief and depression are of first essence if the relationship is broken.

What Makes People Happy? Discuss the Relative Contributions of Genetical and Environmental Factors
There is an important goal that every person would like to achieve in their life called "Happiness." Happiness is an attitudinal state in which people feel peaceable with their life and have satisfaction in different domains such as work, kinship, friendship, etc. It is related to positive and negative emotions. Usually, people with emotions like joy or satisfaction are happy; while people who have negative emotions like anxiety or shame are unhappy (Carr, Alan 2011). Margaret Runbeck says “Happiness is not a state to arrive at, but a manner of traveling.” This means that every person should be happy for their entire life and should not have to spend fragments of their life to achieve happiness. It is necessary to be happy all the time to have a fulfilling/good life. In this essay, I will explain the factor that affects happiness; in particular, genetic and environmental happiness.

Discuss and Evaluate the Influence of Hormones on Psychology and Behaviour
Hormones are organic chemicals which arise in the body and are connected with behaviour, mood and development, helping to maintain homeostasis. They are produced and released by specialized glands called endocrine glands (J. Nelson 2000). They can be divided into three categories: amino acid derivates, peptides, and proteins and steroids (Preece 2012). Hormones are the most familiar to people because of the use and abuse of steroid hormones for different aims, such as contraception and bodybuilding (D. G. Hardie 1991). In this essay, I will explain the main concepts of the endocrine system with a regard to behaviour and in particular sexual behaviour.
