Legends
Languages are sacred and have evolved through the centuries, sometimes for the better and certainly for the worse on occasion. When it comes to the downsides, one word being butchered in recent times is the corruption of the ‘legend’ description. Our understanding has been corrupted due to its adoption by morons who now attribute the title to any minor act. The word 'legend' is thrown about for the most common of achievements these days. Now, it's traditionally rare use when attached to an individual's tale of awesomeness has well and truly died. However, in contrast to it’s meaning fading altogether out of the English language, its use couldn't be rifer.

The Short Walk Home
Walking the short journey from the bus stop to my house for the millionth time, I become suddenly drawn into the characters that I encounter on this short trip, little more than a minute from stepping off and escaping from the UTTER CHAOS that the 18 bus consists of most evenings, to my front door. It is usually this moment in my day when I can reflect on the latest of unreal occurrences that I, and the rest of the minority of normal people, have had to bear witness to on this vessel of unpredictable horrors. But not on this night. No.

Sweet Nose Warmer, Bro!
I fully support those who use initiative and are actively attempting to provide a service for us in society through the creation of new products and inventions. But I simply cannot get on board with this. Though my nose is reduced to a red, snivelling mess quicker than the average person, the mere idea of strapping one of these abominations to my face puts my suffering sharply into perspective. My rather one-sided view may be down to it conjuring memories of the beak I wore as part of my dodo costume for a school play in my pre-teens. I still resent it for almost detracting from my wonderful performance in that Alice in Wonderland production; however, despite my personal motives, I doubt I am alone in ridiculing this latest craze.

'27-0 vs 50-0.' Khabib Calls out Mayweather! But Why...?
Fresh from outclassing Conor McGregor and then almost causing a full scale riot within the T-Mobile Arena at UFC 229, seemingly fearless Khabib Nurmagomedov has now turned his attention to undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather, challenging the 41 year old to a boxing bout. With both men undefeated in their respective sports, Khabib clearly feels he has the skills to topple one of Boxing's greatest, a feat McGregor failed to accomplish in his multi-million pound attempt in August of 2017.
