What Led Me to My Suicide Attempt
My depression soon started getting really bad. It got so bad I started calling into my job saying I was sick. Eventually, I just ended up in bed phone off, lights off, curtains closed. All I wanted to do was sleep. I kept hoping to close my eyes, fall into a deep sleep, and not wake up. I refused to eat, go out, talk to people, and leave my room. I tried desperately to find anyone to talk to about what was going on. Still, everyone shut me out and told me my problems and issues weren’t important enough for them.

My Little Pony Apatchie
When I was a child, I had a huge fascination with horses. This could have been due to the fact that aunt and uncle had a horse farm in Milton, Ontario. While growing up I was always told that once I was old enough and big enough, my aunt would teach me to ride. By the time I reached an old enough age, my aunt and uncle could no longer keep the farm or the horses due to medical reasons. Of course, I was so upset; I loved the horses and the country home they had.

My Favorite Products for Big Dogs
I find that the best brand of toys, leashes, and harnesses to get your big dog are the ones made by Kong! I have a Pitbull mix and she can rip apart any toy you give her in a matter of seconds. It's amazing to watch how she does it, but the mess she makes is awful. Also, if she were to ever ingest any of the cotton or materials from the toys, it could harm her and it will cost a lot of money to take her to the vet. Also, due to the Pitbull breed, she tends to be very strong, so I needed a heavy duty leash and harness for her.

Mika's First New Family
My boyfriend and I just recently got our dog Mika. Mika was with her owner at the shop (Two Men and A Truck) when my boyfriend had walked up to her and started petting and playing with her. He is really good friends with her previous owner. When he said to his friend if he ever needed to find a good, safe, fun, and loving home for his Mika, we would love to take her in. The previous owner, being super happy to hear that a good friend and his new girlfriend would provide Mika with a good home, was more than happy to let her come and be with us! I guess my boyfriend's friend was going through a rough breakup and it was starting to get hard on him and Mika. He had told my boyfriend that he was just visiting his father before he was going to take her to the animal shelter.
