My First Pregnancy
Here we are. You probably clicked this wondering, what in the world does that mean? Well, I meant exactly that. Now, I wasn't forced against my will to carry my baby. I just knew it was something I only half wanted at the time. The reason I say 'half wanted' is because this baby is from a relationship that hasn't even been 1 year; that anyone will consider a toxic relationship when I tell them how we argue and how he is when he's angry/drunk angry. I also say 'half wanted' because I don't feel we're both financially ready. I also say 'half wanted' because I wanted to be done with my school and be married before I carried half of someone's child.

Don't Worry
Growing up, I was put down constantly. Whether it came to my height, my weight, my race… There were times my own parents put me down as well. I’ve had a lot of downs in my life that caused my depression to skyrocket for years. My parents were mentally and physically abusive, people who I thought were my friends left me behind, and my relationship was constantly on and off. I was never the smart girl, the pretty girl, the girl everyone wanted to know… I was just me. Regular, ordinary, awkward, and weird. I had a lot of dreams that really helped me keep pushing, keep trying, and keep living. I also have a few friends who really believed in me and kept encouraging me to keep going when I was about to quit.

It's Real
As someone who has depression, and major anxiety from stress, I believe that no one can actually show or prove that they're depressed. Depression comes in all forms and sizes; everyone, even animals, can have it. It's like this invisible grey cloud with continuous rain (maybe even showers when the feelings of depression/anxiety/stress are getting too much) that constantly hovers over a person who can just smile through it. It can be in that beautiful popular model on Instagram who receives thousands of likes and comments full of praise, love, and compliments everyday. It's in that girl who's always smiling and joking around with her friends. It's in that guy who's really good at school, sports, and always surrounded with people who love him.
