Dealing with panic attacks is very hard. I deal with panic attacks more then I would like sometimes it makes me afraid to leave my own home in fear another will come out of the blue. Panic attacks are like dark shadows that come out of nowhere it doesn’t matter what I’m doing it will appear. I have had them wake me up out of my sleep the experience of that was like a roller coaster. You wake up to your heart racing numbness bad taste in your mouth. It depends on how bad it is for the moment to pass by which feels like forever and it leaves me feeling physical and mentally tired.

Here's how to take some kind of control over your panic attacks.

First off, let's start with the body. The human body is amazing it takes on different things you wouldn’t believe so u have to treat your body with kindness. So here are a couple go things in my own opinion that can help with coping with panic attacks. Stress is number one on the list stress can come from various things. Such as the people we have around us are let in our life. Most people don’t think it matters who. We let enter our life but it does.

Not having healthy relationships whether it's in your personal life, work, family the list goes on. Sometimes you have to eliminate the bad seeds to live a more happy healthier life. The way you eat also matter have a good breakfast not nothing hard on the stomach matters in the morning. Remember we're trying to keep a clear and stable lifestyle to deal with our panic attacks. You have you look at eating like having bad allergies whatever you intake can affect your body.

According to the APA’s Stress in America study, nearly 70% of Americans experience physical and mental symptoms of stress, but only 37% think they are doing very well at managing stress.

There are different things I do to deal with my panic attacks. Sometimes I watch cartoons it takes my mind away from what I’m going. I know may sound crazy, but it works. I also listen to music like jazz, classical. There good to listen to with no word it's my way of own meditation it helps with having a clear thought and positive vibes. Also having good energy around helps to find something you like to do to occupy your mind and time.

Try having a schedule of things to do with this it will help teach your body when its time to rest. Getting plenty of rest helps. Before I go to sleep I listen to my music to help calm my mind from a long day you don’t want to go to sleep with things on your mind. Remember I said I have them in my sleep. Well, this is one way I have help get them down when I’m resting. You can even read a good book; Chicken Soup for the is Soul is one of my favorites. I also take warm showers to help my body unwind from the day I don’t eat before I go to bed but I do drink a nice hot cup of green tea.

There are so many ways of dealing with panic attacks. Even if I have one, I now know how to deal with them. At first, it wasn’t easy I was terrified thinking that something was going to happen to me. I had to learn my body and what my body limits where our minds may want to do one thing but our bodies say another.
