How To Expand Your Consciousness
Everyone wants to be successful, but do you know what's the master key for it?
While most people are convinced a successful life depends on conventional education, there's another kind of instruction universities doesn't teach. That's spiritual education. Knowledge of the one consciousness, a superior intelligence that lies within every one of us. If you access that higher consciousness, you're accessing a brand new level on life itself. You'll begin to see life in a whole different way, you'll start noticing a lot of details in every aspect of your life. It's like jumping into a plane and watching the landscape from above. Solely with this, you'll reach a state of being only achieved by great masters, just as Jesus, Buddha, Hermes, and contemporaries like Eckhart Tolle and Adyashanti.
You may be asking yourself... And what about success? Well, just by "waking up" you're being successful. And what does waking up means? How can you achieve this high level of consciousness? It's very simple. The only thing that keeps you away, is your "self," your mind. Mind identification, or thought identification, is a state of unconsciousness. Ego is the name given to it. Ego is the identification with all thoughts that arise in your consciousness. Ego loves conflict and denies the present moment all the time, and the present moment is life itself. This creates unpleasant feelings taken as "normal" by a lot of people. It's a state of reactivity to what is, constantly fighting what is, in the form of judge and negative emotions. Ego is identification with your life story, and all the emotions that accompany it. To break through the ego, you must go beyond thought, and recognize your true essence. Higher intelligence lies ahead. The only thing you need to do is quitting your addiction to the endless stream of thought you're so used to. You need to get over it, go beyond it. When you silence your mind, you find your true self, in which all the answers lie. This is what Jesus was really referring to when he said: "The kingdom of heaven lies truly within you." This process is commonly known as enlightenment, and even when you're not enlightened, by walking through this path, you'll find yourself being more aware about your own ways. So, if you want success in the form of money, fame, or whatever you want, you can also have it. Just remember the outer is a mirror of the inner. Your state of being, or state of consciousness, is the most important thing. As above, so below. If you're coming from lack, you'll have lack, so, be very aware of how you're truly feeling, cause that's what you're getting.
Your mind will try to get all your attention, so you lose in it, trapped in every thought that comes around. That voice in the head telling you every thought is important, and you believe it. You can be happy today and very mad or sad by tomorrow, and many times, most people don't know why, but it's because of incessant thought stream. Yet, it's so amazing how simple it is to get free of the madness of the mind; you just need to stop believing your mind. Everything becomes so clear when you do it. Just be very observant of your mind, the thoughts that arise, and ask yourself this question... How am I aware of these thoughts? And remember this: You are not your thoughts, you're the formless consciousness that is watching all this movie. You don't need to identify with the content of your mind to use your mind. Thought is a tool, a creative tool, you have created all your life situations by using this tool unconsciously. Now imagine, what can you do if you use thought consciously, not getting trapped by it, but being beyond it, so that your thoughts are no longer involuntarily arising in your mind because you're now picking only the kind of thoughts that you want to keep. Now you're truly deciding how your life is going to be.

Do you feel that the anxious and avoidant types both seem to be strong and independent, but in fact they are sensitive and fragile. They often fall into emotions because of small things and start to be anxious and avoidant? If anxious and avoidant types want to change these, what they actually need is to compensate for their missing parts and heal their injured parts. In this issue, we will teach the avoidant and anxious types how to cultivate themselves again, making their emotions more stable, more rational in relationships, and at the same time gaining the ability to actively output emotional value. If anxious and avoidant types want to overcome the sensitive and fragile parts of themselves and obtain stable emotions, they need not only cognitive adjustments, but also need to heal the traumatized parts of themselves and compensate for the regretful parts of themselves. For example, the regret of the avoidant type is that they have not been paid serious attention to and have never truly rebelled. Therefore, the avoidant type will not fight for their own needs in many situations, resulting in uncomfortable situations and relationships, and they are always running away and wandering. The trauma of the anxious type is that they are trapped in unstable relationships and have been hurt by the instability in intimate relationships. The slightest fluctuation will make the anxious type feel nervous and anxious. Therefore, anxious and avoidant types are inherently fragile, sensitive, and unstable. In summary, these reasons are that something is missing during the growth stage, or they have suffered some trauma, so if you want to solve these problems, this is the time. Compensate when you need to compensate, heal when you need to heal, exercise when you need to exercise, just treat yourself as a child and raise yourself again. If the avoidant and anxious types re-train themselves, what kind of growth can they gain? First of all, emotions will become more and more stable. For example, you can be aware of your emotions at the first time, avoid emotions from affecting your thoughts and judgments, and learn to regulate your emotions. Secondly, you can truly understand yourself and know your real needs and fears. In the process of re-nurturing yourself, you can clearly understand your needs and fears, that is, you can know why you are attracted to a certain person, why you behave like this, and then you can better understand what you need.
