Influencers of all types residing all around the world were able to quit their 9-5 in a matter of 30 days. 99.4 percent have gone on to successfully triple their monthly income, and live their entrepreneur dreams.

This amount of converted success is unheard of in this day and age, especially when zero bucks are put in for joining the movement. Sounds like something you would love? Let's take a look further and break it down.

All you need is a passion for helping to influence the lives of those suffering from everyday mental health related issues, and a social media platform to share. That is basically all there is to it! Making five to six figures has never been easier.

How Mental Health Issues Arise

From childhood all the way through to adulthood, mental health is extremely important at every stage of life.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing. It can affect how we think, act, and feel. It also determines how we handle and cope with stress, relate to others, and make choices.

Over the course of our life, if we experience mental health problems, our thinking, mood, and behavior are often affected.

There are many factors that contribute to mental health problems, including:

  • Family history of mental health problems
  • Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse, as well as biological factors (genes or brain chemistry).

While mental health issues are common, help is available.

People who have mental health problems can get better, and many can also recover completely.

Early Detectable Warning Signs

Want to be sure if you or someone you know is experiencing mental health problems? Having five or more of the following behaviors or feelings can be an early warning sign that there may be a serious problem going on within.

  • Feeling numb or like nothing matters
  • Feeling helpless or hopeless
  • Smoking, drinking, or using drugs more than usual
  • Negative self talk
  • Having unexplained aches and pains
  • Eating or sleeping too much or too little
  • Pulling away from people and usual activities
  • Having little or no motivation
  • Having low or no energy
  • Thinking of harming yourself or others
  • Feeling numb or like nothing matters
  • Feeling unusually confused, forgetful, on edge, angry, upset, worried, or scared
  • Experiencing severe mood swings that cause problems in relationships
  • Having persistent thoughts and memories you can't get out of your head
  • Yelling or fighting with family and friends
  • Hearing voices or believing things that are not true
  • Inability to perform daily tasks like taking care of your kids or dreading going to work or school

Two Major Reasons People Suffer from Mental Health

The first one is emotional attachment. Emotions are driving people around the globe from all walks of life into a constant downward spiral. Those who don't know how to deal with or handle their emotions are the ones most quickly headed for self destruction.

The second is being empathic. This has notoriously been the cause of all misrepresentations and stigmas of suffering with a mental illness. True understanding of your empathic (highly sensitive) nature will solve every single issue imaginable.

Anxiety and Depression wreaks havoc worldwide on our generation daily.

Anxiety is the cousin visiting from out of town that Depression felt obligated to bring to the party! Anxiety and depression go hand in hand, because one can lead to the other.

No matter who you are—rich or poor—these mental health issues do not discriminate, as we've seen in the recent passing of phenom XXXtentacion. That day, a huge wave of sadness was felt all around the world. His fans were shocked, in disbelief, because their legend who helped them get through their pain by relating to them through his music and lyrics about depression and mental health was no longer here to make music that spoke to their soul. People everywhere broke down for weeks, and took to social media platforms like Instagram and Youtube to share their heartfelt remorse and pain that they sincerely felt. This moment in history led the Mental Health Stigma Movement to grow rapidly, seeing as how the youngsters of our generation all relate to artists who write songs about mental health related issues, which proves that they, too, are suffering silently themselves.

A Movement of Healing Through Networking

It all began with a passion for helping others struggling with mental health issues to better themselves naturally, and a goal to heal individuals worldwide.

In under a year, it has morphed into a monumental movement, healing hundreds of thousands of people struggling with mental health. This quickly led to other likeminded individuals joining the fight, and doing their part to help end the stigma, and using their social media platform to impact a positive cause.

This course quickly gained traction, and the respect of influencers in all fields; and thereafter, it was called "the 360 course" because it gives a complete transformation. It comes with a Free Life Coach session, as well as a 30 day challenge all in the very first lesson. It walks you through everything from birth to adulthood, empathy, being a loner and black sheep of the family, coping with addictions, energy draining, migraines, lower back pain, and solutions to reverse stress-related illness, and 99.9 percent of the time, rid mental health completely.

It soon gained attention from not only YouTubers, but therapists and life coaches have all joined the movement to help end the mental health stigma as well. It's not because of the mere fact that it is a lucrative business that pays them 10 times what they make in a month, but the fact that they are helping those who are in their shoes is a much better payoff and more than money can ever amount to. There truly are no words to describe the feeling you get knowing that you are helping to save someone in dire need.
